Here’s What You’ll Be Doing
As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the heartbeat of our store. Your mission? To inspire customers, provide expert guidance, and create an exceptional shopping experience.
• Welcome and assist customers with enthusiasm, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they step in.
• Provide expert product advice to help customers find the right sports gear, equipment, and apparel.
• Drive sales by engaging with customers, up-selling, cross-selling, and fostering long-term relationships.
• Ensure store presentation is top-notch by keeping displays organized and visually appealing.
• Collaborate with the team to create a dynamic and engaging store environment.
You Need These Qualifications
• A passion for sports and an active lifestyle.
• Strong communication skills with a natural ability to connect with customers.
• A service-oriented mindset—you go the extra mile to provide the best shopping experience.
• A flexible and adaptable approach, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• A team-player attitude, eager to collaborate and support your colleagues. • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
