We are looking for a dedicated Sports Equipment Technician who will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers get the best service possible. You’ll be responsible for assembling, repairing, and maintaining sports equipment, helping customers enjoy their favourite activities with confidence.
Here’s What You’ll Be Doing
As a Sports Equipment Technician, you’ll be at the heart of our store, ensuring our products are in top condition and our customers receive expert assistance.
- Assemble and prepare sports equipment for sale, ensuring everything is set up correctly.
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain equipment to keep it in excellent working order.
- Advise customers on product maintenance, offering practical solutions for any issues.
- Provide repair estimates and issue invoices for maintenance services.
- Keep the workshop organized and ensure all tools and equipment are in place.
- Create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for customers, offering assistance whenever needed.
You Need These Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
- Good command of English (additional languages are a plus!).
- A passion for sports and an interest in sports equipment.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- A customer-first attitude, always going the extra mile to provide excellent service.
- Open-minded, adaptable, and a great team player.
