Why We Need You:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Junior Accountant to join our expanding team. You will provide essential support to the Senior Accountant and Senior HR, helping with daily accounting functions and ensuring smooth office operations. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with previous experience as an Accounting Assistant or Office Administrator who thrives in a dynamic environment.

Here's What You’ll Be Doing:

As the Junior Accountant, you’ll play an integral role in the financial operations of our company. Your responsibilities will include:

Accounting Duties:

  • Perform basic accounting tasks.
  • Assist with the preparation of financial reports.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
  • Conduct VAT calculations and submissions.
  • Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.

Office Administration:

  • Manage daily office operations to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Manage data entry and records in ERP systems such as Odoo, E-soft, Sage, Cycom Sofia, or any other ERP.
  • Generate and analyse reports from the ERP system.

You Need These Qualifications:

  • An accounting qualification such as LCCI Higher or a University Degree in Accounting or Office Administration is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in accounting or office administration.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new tasks quickly.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and general computer literacy.
  • Basic knowledge of VAT.
